Cancellation PolicyRefunds will be made only upon written request to WMHA Treasurer Vickie Smith at wmhatreasurer6@gmail.com and badges and confirmation materials are returned to WMHA before any refund is issues. Cancellations made by December 8, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $25 handling fee. Cancellations made after December 8, 2024 but before January 8, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $50 handling fee. No refunds for Electric after December 8, 2024. Absolutely no refunds after Janurary 8, 2025.
