Cancellation Policy:  Refunds will be made upon written request (arearallies@frva.com) and may require Western Area Executive Board Approval. All badges and materials must be returned to FRVA before any refund is issued. Cancellations made by October 15, 2026, will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after October 15, 2026, will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee, and minus the amount of prior committed expenses directly associated with the planned attendance. Absolutely no refunds will be made after December 5, 2026.
